Since opening in 2013, we have been committed to building a local gymnastics community inclusive for all ages and abilities, with the dedication necessary to train our athletes to be the best they could be.
As we grew to become a large gymnastics organization and facility, we now train thousands of children from all over New Jersey with safety and responsibility.
We offer many classes of varying ages and skill, starting with our youngest Pebbles, growing into Progressive classes, our In-house competitive programs, and our Teams.
We offer flexibility to join anytime!
Our program is dynamic and tailored toward individual success, incorporating SAFESPORT accountability. Competitively, our teams are reigning champions in USAG, JOGA and Xcel leagues.

Our Coaches & Staff
We are so proud that our original Rock staff are still coaching with us today! Their experience spans former JO competitive gymnastics, NCAA gymnastics, personal training, and New Jersey teaching certification. We obtain USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, USA Gymnastics Professional Membership, SAFESPORT Certification, and CPR & First Aid Certification. Our coaches participate in training and education through conferences, congresses and coursework.
