Who we are
In 2013 Rock Gymnastics was founded with a vision to build a place that united the gymnastics world in a kind, safe, positive, and fun environment. Thousands of children from all over New Jersey have called The Rock their home away from home. As the largest gymnastics training facility in Ocean County, Rock has been champions of safety and kindness in the gymnastics world and look forward to the next decade and beyond!
Our Coaches & Staff
We are so proud that many of our original Rock staff are still coaching with us today! Their experience spans former JO competitive gymnastics, NCAA gymnastics, personal training, and New Jersey teaching certification. We obtain USA Gymnastics Safety Certification, USA Gymnastics Professional Membership, SAFESPORT Certification, and CPR & First Aid Certification. Our coaches participate in training and education through conferences, congresses and coursework.
